The product customization feature in our app is a powerful tool for sellers offering customizable items, like T-shirts, bags, and mugs with custom image printing. It allows sellers to cater to customers who are looking for personalized products. Product customization involves empowering customers to personalize a product according to their unique preferences and needs. This includes options like add-ons, exclusive features, customizable templates, and the flexibility to design the product according to individual preferences. It's a user-friendly and professional feature that enhances the selling process within our app

Steps for activating the customization feature on Flipshop

Step 1: Sign in to your Flipshop Account

• Log in using your registered mobile number and enter the OTP (One-Time Password) sent to your registered mobile number.

Step 2: Navigate to the Products Page and Select "Add Items"

• On the product page, locate the "Add Items" feature and click on it to continue.

Step 3: Choose "Add Physical Products" on the Add Item Page

• After clicking on the "Add Item" option, select "Add Physical Product" to begin adding your digital product.

Step 4: Provide Product Details and Save

On the "Add Item" page, follow these steps to successfully list your digital products:

• Click on the toggle button if the product supports customization.
• Fill in the essential product details such as NAME and SKU.
• Choose the product category by clicking the blue icon.
• Upload images of your product that support customization.
• Specify the MRP and Selling price of the product.
• Include a product description.
• Adjust the features as needed or leave them as they are.
• Note that the "Brand,Colour,Fabric,Pack of,Refiner Fit and Size" options will appear only after selecting the product category.
• Add product variants, if applicable.
• Indicate product warranty by selecting YES or NO, as appropriate.

Once all details are entered, click "Save" to successfully list your customization product on Flipshop.
