This guide will walk you through the steps to process orders and manage deliveries on Flipshop through Self Delivery. You will learn how to accept orders, mark them as processed, assign delivery personnel, and complete the delivery process.

 

Steps to follow:

 

  1. Log in to your Flipshop account using your mobile number and complete the OTP verification process for authentication.

 

 

2. Once logged in, locate the order you want to process and click on it.

 


3. On the order details page, click on the "Accept Order" button to accept the order and update its status.

 

 

4. After accepting the order, you will notice the status changing from "Received" to "Accepted." To continue processing the order, click on the "Mark as processed" button.

 


5. If you are using self-delivery, choose the "Self" option from the available delivery options.


 

6. Provide the delivery boy's name and contact number in the respective fields and click on "Confirm."

 

 

7. The status of the order will change from "Accepted" to "Processed," and the information of the assigned delivery personnel will be displayed.

 

8. When your delivery personnel are ready to start the delivery, click on "Out for Delivery."

 

9. Finally, when the delivery is completed, click on "Mark as Delivered" to update the order status accordingly. It takes 48 hours to mark a product as delivered.

 

 

By following these steps, you can efficiently process orders and manage deliveries on Flipshop, ensuring a smooth and timely delivery experience for your customers.
