How to choose a category for your product?

After writing the name of the product the next step is to choose the category of the product. As you click on the 'Product Category' field, a list of categories will open in front of you.

Choosing a category will affect the following aspects-

- The fields that appear on choosing the category- Once you choose a category, additional fields open up in front of you that help you describe your product better. You also have an option to choose additional attributes to describe your product. These fields and attributes depend on what category you choose

- The products will be listed based on the categories- The products on your storefront will appear to your customers on the basis of the category that they are put in. So how easily a customer is able to find a product will depend on how well you have categorized your product.

1. On choosing Bag cover as category following fields open up in the catalog builder

2. On choosing Speaker Mobile Mod as category following fields open up in the catalog builder
